Cold-rolled flat products
Cold-rolled flat products are a family of products obtained by reducing the thickness of hot-rolled strips through a rolling process at ambient temperature, followed by annealing heat treatments and skin-passing. Materials with a high-quality surface finish, tight dimensional tolerances and controlled mechanical properties are obtained with this cycle.
The surface and dimensional characteristics of cold-rolled steels make them especially suitable for applications requiring high precision, aesthetic quality or further surface treatments such as painting or coating.
